Guttering, fascias & soffits
Fascias hold the gutters; soffits close the eaves; gutters carry the water away from the walls. When any of them fail you get damp, rot in the roof timbers and a house that looks tired. We replace all three in one visit.

What we replace
- Fascia boards: timber replaced with maintenance-free uPVC, or new timber where you want it
- Soffits: vented uPVC to keep the roof space breathing
- Bargeboards at the gable ends
- Guttering: uPVC in half-round, square or ogee profiles; aluminium and cast iron for period houses
- Downpipes, brackets and outlets
Capping versus replacing
Capping over old timber fascias with thin uPVC is cheaper and it's what some firms sell as "new fascias". It traps the rot. We remove the old boards and fit full-thickness replacement boards.
Gutter cleaning and repairs
Not every job is a replacement. We clear gutters, re-align sagging runs, replace broken brackets and re-seal joints.
