Quotes

• Prices shown by the online quote tool are indicative only and are not an offer. A written quote follows a survey.
• Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise and describe exactly what is included. Anything not listed is not included.
• Where the condition of timbers, battens or the roof structure cannot be seen until the covering is removed, the quote states how such work is priced if it is needed. We will always tell you before doing it.

Surveys

Surveys are free and place you under no obligation. We inspect from the ground, ladders and the loft as appropriate; we do not walk on roofs that are unsafe to walk on.

Carrying out the work

• Dates are agreed in writing. Roofing is weather-dependent; we will tell you as early as we can if a date has to move.
• We hold public liability insurance. Details are available on request.
• Waste we generate is removed as part of the job unless your quote says otherwise.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit and stage payments, are stated on your quote before you accept it.

Guarantee

Our workmanship guarantee and the Price Beat Guarantee are set out at Guarantee terms.
