The questions we get asked most, answered the way we’d answer them on the phone.
Call 07517 186084Is the online price a real quote?
No — it's an indicative range built from current UK market rates for your roof type, size and materials. Your written quote follows a survey and is the number that counts. The range is there so you know roughly what you're looking at before anyone visits.
Do you really cover the whole UK?
Yes. Our crews are based across South West England, which is where repairs and emergency call-outs are fastest. Re-roofs, renovations and insurance work take us anywhere in the UK — we scaffold and work in a block so the crew is on site every day until it's done.
How does the Price Beat Guarantee work?
Get a written quote from any UK-registered roofing company for the same job — same scope, materials and timescale — and upload it at the last step of the quote tool. After the survey we send our quote at or below their price, with our guarantee behind it.
Do I need to be home for the survey?
It helps. We'll want to see the loft and any damp inside, and talk through what you'd like. If you can't be there, we can inspect from outside and ring you afterwards.
Are you insured?
Yes — public liability insurance is in place for every job, and the roofers doing the work are qualified for it. The insurance details are on your quote.
Do you do small jobs?
Yes. A handful of slipped tiles or a blocked gutter is a normal day for us. Small repairs are usually done on the same visit as the inspection.
