Insurance work
A roof insurance claim needs three things: evidence of the damage, proof that it was caused by a storm or impact rather than wear, and a fair itemised quote for the repair. We produce all three and deal with the loss adjuster so you don't have to.
Priced per claim
How a roof claim works
1. Make safe — we stop the water first; insurers expect you to limit further damage.
2. Evidence — dated photographs, a written description of the damage and its cause, and weather data for the date where it helps.
3. Quote — an itemised repair quote in the format loss adjusters expect, separating storm damage from any pre-existing wear.
4. Approval — we answer the adjuster's questions and attend a joint inspection if they want one.
5. Repair — the work is done to the agreed scope and invoiced as the insurer requires.
What insurers usually cover
Damage caused by a single identifiable event: a storm lifting tiles, a branch through the roof, a fallen chimney pot. They don't usually cover a roof that's simply worn out, and they'll argue the point where damage is a bit of both. An honest report that separates the two gets claims paid faster than one that claims everything.
Landlords and managing agents
We work for landlords and block managers across the UK: one point of contact, clear reporting, and a written quote and schedule for every claim.
