Rotten timber fascias and sagging gutters around the whole hipped roof replaced with full-thickness uPVC boards, vented soffits and new half-round guttering.
The job
The old timber had gone soft along the whole south side and the gutters had dropped, sending water behind the boards. Everything off, everything new.
What it involved
- Remove old fascias, soffits and gutters
- Full-thickness 18 mm uPVC fascia (not capping)
- Vented uPVC soffit for roof-space airflow
- 112 mm half-round guttering, new downpipes and brackets
